My pullet wont open her eyes. Has watery eyes and beak. Any ideas?

My new pullet seems sick with symptoms of yellow runny stool, eyes closed, and snotty eyes and beak for 3 days since I bought her from the feed store. Any help would be appreciated!

Have you had any illnesses in your flock before? How old is the chicken? Sounds like a bad respiratory disease. If she came like this, you should return her to the store.

No KIKI, I have a whole different coop for new arrivals. No avian Vets anywhere near me. sadly!

Yep, I think its respiratory disease. None of my flock has ever been real sick, except for one BR,
with a very bad molt, and she caught a sniffle. But she's very healthy now!
