My pullet wont open her eyes. Has watery eyes and beak. Any ideas?

Sounds like she needs started on antibiotics, got any pictures of her eyes? Swollen shut?

I used the eye ointment too, I just used regular triple antibiotic ointment or neosporin until the terramycin arrived.

Give 0.05 ml per pound of body weight orally twice a day for 3-5 days.
It's banned for use in poultry, so if that sort of thing bothers you, you might want to try a different drug.

Returns? I don't bother. But I am going to try to save her life.

just beware that she might have something like mycoplasma, which is not curable. She might recover, but could infect your entire flock.

If I were gonna treat here I would get a baseline weight. Do you have a food scale that you can weigh her on? If you don't have one, you need to get one because whatever antibiotic you find should be given based on her weight. You also will need to start tube feeding her is she loses 5% of her body weight
