My pullets have Bubbly eyes

Help guys! I went in today to check our eight pullets, and they all had bubbly foaming water in their eyes. We were planning on adding them to the chickens soon because they have their mother with them, but now I don't know what do do!

Did you get them or the eggs from somewhere else, or were they from yours? Have you seen any respiratory diseases in your flock previously? Foamy eyes can be a sign of mycoplasma (MG.) Are they all affected? Is ther any sneezing, or swelling around an eye? Have they been pecking eyes? How is the air circulation where they are kept?

Two of the eight pullets were hatched by the mother when she went broody a couple of months ago. We snuck six more chicks under her that night so she thought she hatched some more. It worked perfectly and neither of them remember ever not having each other. There is small amounts of swelling around the bottom eye lid but no other symptoms like sneezing. They act completely normal like nothing's different. We haven't seen them get feisty around each other yet, and their air circulation is pretty good. Almost all of them if not all have it. I caught a couple the other day and they had it, and saw more with it too, so I assume they all have it.

Four of them turned out to have it, so I added the other four with their mother to the group of full grown chickens keep the pullet alone. They should be big enough to be seperated from their mom until they recover, but it still makes me sad because their mom will probably forget about them when we add them again. I have been looking at getting a small bottle of Terramycin Ophthalmic Ointment which says it is supposed to be for animals, but it doesn't say anything about chickens in particular, but... this is where I found it:

There is probably no reason to separate them, since they have all already probably been exposed to it. It sounds like mycoplasma (MG,) a chronic respiratory disease. The Terramycin eye ointment is good for chickens used in the eyes twice a day. Get any drainage off or gunk out of the eye first by washing with saline or water. Tylan 50 injectable given orally is good for treatment. Dosage is 0.2 ml per pound of weight given twice daily for 5 days. Encourage them to drink enough fluids. A little plain yogurt added to food twice a week can help while on antibiotics. MG is a chronic disease, may flair up again later, and the flock should be closed since they would be considered carriers. MG is common in backyard flocks.
