My pulletts 16ish weeks

Well I thought they might be going broody and guess what the white one played her first...very small egg! My other chickens immediately grab it and popped it... It was very soft

It's a start - though I think you may be confused about the meaning of going broody. It sounds like your birds are coming into lay/beginning to lay, but that is not the same as going broody. Going broody is when a hen decides she has the urge to set and hatch a clutch of eggs, not just lay. In fact, a broody hen will stop laying, which is one of the main reasons those with no desire to hatch eggs are so keen to break broodiness so they can get their girl back into production mode.
