my quail cannot heal

actually i got my quails from a poultry farm and then when they are like 5 weeks old i put them into a sand bedding coop(very well ventilated) and after 6 days i notice a bump much more like swelling on their thigh..and on the skin of their wings and under the wings there was a blister and part of their head feathers and wings feathers are molting and stop growing..they do not have any respiratory symptoms like lethargy etc..can anyone please help me??? ive used so many antibiotics and nothing is working!!

I'm wondering if they might have fowl pox. Not even certain if quail are infected with that or not. I can't see the lesions in that picture.
