My quail started hatching yesterday and just stopped

He started to hatch and broke a little bit of the shell, but stopped, after 12 hours he is still alive but not hatching. Can someone help?

You might try to assist, if it bleeds stop.
Be aware that if a quail is unable to hatch on its own that it probably has something wrong with it, and you may have to cull it anyway.

No, I needed to help him a lot but it hatched today, it is Healthy, thank you for the help.
