My quail's beak is dislocated HELP!!

Welcome to BYC. I'm not sure what you can do. Mild cross beak isn't a problem, but you wouldn't want to hatch eggs from a female or allow a female to breed with a cross beak male.

Crossbar doesn't heal. However, since your bird's isn't too bad, it shouldn't cause much of a problem. She may need wet mash, rather than dry feed, if she has problems eating.

Glad to meet you, and welcome to BYC. Here is an article on some tools and methods for beak trimming (and claws, too, but that's another day, thank heavens). Some people have used dremels, others use fingernail or toenail clippers, or pet nail trimmers. This sounded a lot less upsetting and difficult for all involved.
