My Quails foot looks broken, what should I do?

I got some 3 week old quail a few days ago and one has a twisted foot, she doesn't appear to be in pain but I could use some advice.

Aw, could have been from when they hatched - not sure how successful fixing it is now that she's older but she's still young so try it out!

This link is about chicken chicks with the problem but it's the same method to try and fix it. You'll probably want a second person to help you but it's not too hard, I've done it for a chick of mine and worked
