My rabbit has ear mites!! Will me dogs get it?

My rabbit has ear mites!! I’m going to clean her outdoor cage and but what do I use to get rid of them!!? I have this for my dog! Can I use it!?

and my rabbit has been inside for days because of weather! My dogs have been Around her cage!! Can they catch it from her?

Years ago I had a Basset Hound named Sloopy. Or Sloppy. Whichever you prefer.

I would pick up her rabbit-long ears and inspect inside them each week. Occasionally, I would find ear mites. I took mineral oil and moistened a Q-tip with it and swiped the inside of her ears. It cleaned out the mites while leaving an oil residue that discouraged more mites. No insecticides. No other fancy treatment. Just a Q-tip and mineral oil.

She has had them before! She has crust inside her ears! Which I was always told was ear mites!

Depends? Are the dogs touching the rabbit?
Get medicated ear mite stuff.

They may, its very contagious.
