I don't see it as ugly either. All the chickens care about is that they have everything they need.

Two out of 3 of my coops are ugly, short and leaning. We actually had to put boards up to brace the original coop because it was leaning so badly. First coops almost always leave room for learning. One fun lesson is that a long, short coop is fine untill your hen lays eggs on the side farthest from the door.
