My Red Dorking is really.....

A Silver Dorking.

I was told it was a Red when he was given to me, but over the last couple of weeks, I was having trouble figuring out how I was going to see any R.D. markings.

I caught him fast asleep on the divider of the brooder under the heat lamp. He's 4 wks in this pic.

I think this is one of the chicks Joy got from Teresa but I'd have to ask Joy. Do you know if Teresa has Reds?

I'll be looking for a Silver hen next year.

This little guy is a hoot! He's the most friendly little one in the bunch.

The picture I took right after this one woke him up and scared him and he fell off back into the brooder and landed on the duckling. No one was hurt.
