Just browsing threw craigslist saturday I came across an ad that said free ducklings. Decided to look and writen in there was her cell phone number and a story of how she found them abandon and brought them home but had no idea what to do. I called her and she was just looking for someone to take them that knew how to care for them so I went to go pick up these 3 cute little ducklings. Upon getting there and asking more questions she tells me she found 2 walking aroung her apartment complex with no mother and didnt want them to die. Then she said a neightbor boy brought her the 3rd a couple hours later because it was walking around with no mother as well. She also told me she had to help one hatch out of the egg but then that would be 4 ducklings and she said she only picked up 3. So i dont know how she really got them or what she was doing with an egg but they are happy with me now and have proper food and water and a brooder. She had them in a metal hampster cage with no food or water in site.
