My rescue pullet! Breed? Age? Color of eggs?

I rescued this pullet today. Any idea on her breed? I think she might be around 5 months....but I'm not positive. What color eggs will she lay?

EE green eggs close to 5 months i think could be wrong on age what u rescue her from ?

My friend lost all of her chickens to animals. She was the only surviver out of 17 and was roaming around free all by herself for months. They finally caught her and yay.
