My Rhode Island Red Girls....One is Laying, FINALLY(PICS)

Good luck, Adam! Hey, Tony, I have one from Reba and if you like, I'll try and save a couple from the dark girls, though only one is laying and her eggs aren't up to full size yet. Still, they're bigger than some pullet eggs I get.

I was given 4 RIR chicks in March. All 4 started laying at about 25 weeks and continue to lay almost everyday.
My question is that they are all a dark mahogany but 2 have black tail feathers and 2 have white.
Why is that ?
