Hi and welcome to BYC!

Most likely your bird is molting, which is normal, and it will need a high protein diet until it regrows new feathers.

Good morning and welcome to BYC!

As Toddrick said, it could be molting. Or it could be she is being picked on. Do you have other birds?

Hello there and welcome to BYC!

Either your bird is molting, this is aggression from other birds, mites could cause feather loss or the rooster is over mating. Do you have a picture we can see?

Glad you joined us!

Like the other posters have said, the feather loss may be caused by many things: picking by other birds, overmating, protein deficiency, molting, or parasites. A photo might help us figure out what you're dealing with.
