My RI Reds are 18 weeks and just started to crow this week. My reds crowed later and do it less often than the buff or the barred rock.

Your Butterfly could be a boy, but he doesn't look like my roos with their long, greenish-black tail feathers. Here's one of my boys:

I am thinking some or all are NHRs. Sorry but that one looks like a boy. Is there any sign of spurs yet?
