I just noticed that my RIR (12 weeks old) is limping on her right leg. I palpated the leg (I'm a people nurse, not a vet....so not sure exactly), but i do not feel an obvious break, and i can extend the leg and foot without complaint from her. She just won't weight bear on the leg. I did have the girls on vitamins (in their water) until i ran out about 10 days ago......could this be related? thanks

Check the bottom of her foot for a scab or dark place, and if you find one, do a search for bumblefoot -- which is a staph infection in a puncture wound, and has to be cleaned out. If you see no problem on the bottom of her foot, and feel no warmth, she may simply have a strain or sprain type of injury which will respond to rest and time. I don't see why vitamins would make any difference. They can also get a slipped tendon in the hock joint. See here:

There's also info on Treating a Slipped Achilles Tendon on the Poultry Podiatry page on the website linked in my sig, if that does turn out to be the problem.
I wish the best for your hen!
