One of my Hens was trapped under a lawn chair today
We are not sure how long possibly 3 1/2 hours now she seems dazed very docile
She let me hold her and feed and pet her on my lap
She did drink
I put her in her coop but she is just standing and staring she will not roost - she is usually on the highest roost. - any thoughts please - her name is Audrey
What can I do

I had something similar happen. A hen jumped on the rim of a feed bucket, somehow it flipped over and trapped her underneath. I am not sure how long she was there but in this case I believe it was heat stroke. I put her in some water to cool her off then kept her in a cool area for a few hours with water. In the morning she was acting like herself again. Is there any chance your hen was hit on the head when the chair fell or overheated. In either case time is your best bet.

Thanks for your thoughts
I am thinking she was hit on the head
I hope she is ok I will keep an eye on her
Glad your hen was fine
I did not realize how attached I am to my girls

Thank you for checking in she seems to be getting better
But still not 100% i spoke with an exotic vet and that helped me a little
She is back to roosting and had laid an egg or two but her personality is not the same she is a little more docile - I am glad it's the weekend so I can keep a closer watch
Again thanks for asking
