My Roos Knees

My RooRoos knees are looking swollen, red and irritated. Mostly the left, he has had issues with his left leg since he was a baby but this is new.

His left leg has always had a bow legged look and caused him pain. Then I discovered bumblefoot on the left foot, I've treated that over and over, finally fingers crossed that is gone now. But I don't like the look of his knees now.
