Blade has been having these white ball like things on his head Blade had this since summer I try to keep medicine on it but a little feisty but in the last 2 weeks his brother and Blade been fighting but I am concern about his cone. These were taken with a flash at night thats why for his eye

It could be a fungal infection. I would definitely keep him quarantined so as not to pass it to the rest of the flock if it's infectious. Try putting peroxide on it and see if that remedies the issue. I would also keep up with the antibiotics. If you put him in a crate and use a thick towel to wrap him in whenever you administer treatment, he should be easier to manage. This is the best advice I can give at this time but it is always wise to do your own research. Best of luck and please keep us posted.
