My rooster can’t crow

It would be so amazing to see a soft-crowing breed develop!! Can't wait to hear about the results.

I have had a few that were -slightly- softer, but all are still an earful. Luckily where I live it is not a problem, but I wouldn't be sorry if I could turn down the volume a bit myself XD
Not a problem here either but yeah, it is SO nice! He still can’t. Sweet and gentle guy as well.

Ok, so I have this 8 month old rooster, father is my Buff Orpington in the picture, and mother unknown; could be anyone of my ladies but Rooster Jr looks a lot like his dad. They even hang out together, like nap togehter midday. He started crowing 12 weeks ago, you know when they sound like they have the hickups? And he still sounds the same! He’s super heathly and loving the girls, but his crow is just extremly ”under developed” or what you should call it? I am NOT complaining, but just wanted to see if any of you here have the same ”issue”?
Just think how lucky you are.

My 3 block county subdivision has a rooster running free the last few weeks. It likes the hedge under my bedroom window and crows at all hours. I get 3 hours sleep. It will interrupt a nap. I have the window covered. I sneak into bed but it still comes. My neighbor thinks it's funny, but it's not their bedroom. I'm in a wheelchair and can't maneuver outside.

My county will let me shoot it and I'm a good shot, but I have no way to clean it up.

Excuse me, I have to go take my migraine meds now.
