My rooster has a green and liquid poop

I would suggest trying to give him all different sorts of vitamins and also moving him away from the flock.
Pinch the skin on his neck and see how long it takes for the skin to go back to normal location. If it takes more than a second, your cock is dehydrated. Soak his feed in water or give him something like watermelon to eat.
About vitamin deficiency, just grab this pill called Centrum from the pharmacy, and get it in his stomach. If you see no improvement in the next few days, just butcher him and burn his body.
Does he sneeze or anything?
If it’s really hot, wet him a bit, if it’s really cold, wrap him in a towel.
You can also give him 30 mg aspirin and see if it helps a bit.
You may also want to get him antibiotics, but I’m not sure which or where you can get them…
Update us!
Thank you for this advice but didn't have the chance to try this since he died right away.

Hi, I'm sorry for updating this late but he died right after i responded to your message. I still dont know what happened but i noticed lately that my neighbor's chickens started to decrease rapidly. I didn't have the time to ask them.

Is there any idea what was the cause of this to prevent it from happening in the future?

Some information of them if this helps:
He was one of my first three chickens given at a young age. Now, i have 16 chickens, 2 are broody the rest are young (3mos to 6mos). Never vaccinated and they roam freely rain or shine. I give them mixed feeds in the morning and crushed corn in the afternoon. Occasionally mix their drink with vitamins and electrolytes.
He could have gotten it from your neighbors, if they’re not vaccinated a disease can spread pretty quickly, which is why I suggest you burn the body and keep him away.
There’s chicken flu in Asia. A couple months ago it went over my country, and I think headed to the east.

I recommend calling your municipal office that is in charge of poultry marketing and health, they might want to take the body AND your neighbour’s chickens for inspection. They can also vaccinate the rest of the birds. I don’t know the price in your county, but in ours it costs about 1.5€ each. I use euro because I know people know how much is a Euro in their country’s coin.

Thanks you for welcoming me.
I live in the Philippines, I feed them feeds (bio 3) in the morning before they roam freely and afternoon.

I dont know the exact age of the my rooster since im a newbie and they gave it to me.

Last night, i noticed him shaking or struggling to breath. Tried to gave him electrolytes thru syringe but still no improvements this morning. I also noticed that there is a liquid coming out on his mouth. I'd love to take him on a vet but we live in a rural area and there is not available nearby.

Here is the current condition of my rooster:

He most likely has lice or mites or both
Does he weigh enough?
Because if he doesn’t it means he has lice or mites

So sorry for your loss. :hugs
Its hard to know exactly what happened without doing a necropsy. I don't know why he was like that.
You do not have the body anymore, correct?

I have heard this also but didn't thought it will reach us (if this was the reason) since we live in rural areas and really far from big chicken farms.

I just covered the body with plastic and burried it far and deep from our house. Sadly, i didnt burn him because i treat my chickens as pet like dogs and cats. My only purpose was their eggs, not their meats.

Might be another reason but i dont think so...

I always make sure their house are clean, burn tobacco leaves once a month because they said here it will kill mites or pests if there are.
The black parts on his feathers are some blood stains I think. He got into a fight with another rooster not too long ago. But im pretty sure they are not mites or lice.

He started to get sick when he frequently visits neighbors chickens because my 2 broodies are hatching their eggs.

I'm sorry to hear he died.

Do check the rest of your flock for lice and mites. If you find any, then it would be good to treat them with. You are in the Philippines, so hopefully you can ask at your local pet shop or feed shop for a suitable product. See if you can fine Zero Mite, but you will need to bath the birds and still find something to treat their housing too. Permethrin based dust or spray is often used in the US.
