There are various ways to let him know that you're the big Roo.
Picking him up and carrying him about is a biggie.
If you see him attempting to mate a hen, take your shoe and gently but firmly push him away. Feed the hens treats, and then him. If he should try to attack you, let him have it but good! A good whack does wonders for roosters.
And never, ever turn your back on him.
Of course, he may never get this feisty. One never knows, and forewarned is forearmed! In the meantime enjoy him.
