my rooster had runny blood poop and now its white runny poop. he is eating and drinking and not acting right. i went to rural king and got some Merrick's poultry electrolyte and been put in the water.3 days later he is still the same.i also got wazine 17 for worms have not used it yet.i have him in a cage by himself

If its white then he probably is not eating. Runny white droppings can be an indicator of kidney problems. Has he been eating layer feed?

he is eating layer.

The layer feed can be what is causing the problem. Not sure this will work but get him off it now. The higher percentage of calcium in layer feed is hard on the kidneys of roosters.

See if he'll eat some cooked oatmeal. I would suggest hard boiled eggs but I'm not sure his kidneys could handle all that protein. Don't give him anything that might have a high amount of sodium in it.

This is just guess work but the white droppings are the urinary tract system of the bird.
