My Rooster is starting to get rough...

Hello guys, I need to talk about my young rooster... He is a OEGB an i have a hen that is a OEGB too. I bought them as a pair and after a month of haveing them my rooster who is 5 months old is starting to peck my hen on the back of the neck really hard and my hen is pecking back at him! I can't get a other rooster since the place i got them at doesn't sell bantams anymore and i don't want them to kill each other! Please help, I think it's because the rooster is reaching sexual maturity but the hen is pecking back at him too! And really hard, Help me solve this problem!

He is reaching sexual maturity and is trying to breed her. She is not willing yet and is fighting back. The only solution is to separate them, get more pullets, and wait for them to mature. It is only normal chicken behavior. You can't change that.
