A question about Wild type color as it matures

My birds are finally into their "day pen" (don't worry we don't have day predators) and their inside roost is installed in the shelter. They are 16 weeks this week. I have noticed that my wild type male's coloring is more turquoise than blue. Is that a color maturation difference? Will he turn more blue over the next year?

They are very happy birds and I look forward to getting my IBBS out with them in a few months.

Video of them using their new door and outside finally. And a pic of my male.

Question though, at what point can you delineate sex with IBBS chicks?

BS typically show their sex at about the same time as a Wild Type, six to ten weeks. Then there are exceptions to the rule and we won't be able to tell for months.

Yes, I didnt post pics of the young IBBS. The wild type in the video is only 4 months old, and that is why he looks like a hen, lol. My main post question was about his coloring since it looks more green than blue at the moment.
