My rooster is walking weirdly?

I have a young rooster who has a problem with his legs. They don't seem to be broken; he seems to be able to stand without pain. There is no swelling or redness, but one of his legs is angled outward. He never had problems walking before and I have no idea what could have caused this and I'm not sure what to do. Do you have any suggestions how I could help him??

When did you get him? It looks like his leg might have been twisted when he was young and he's grown up that way? Could he have jumped off of something and twisted his leg perhaps?

I hatched him from an egg and had him his whole life and this only started about a week ago. He might've jumped off something, although I don't know what it could've been. He's old enough to fly though, so I didn't think roosting would be a problem for him.
