my black polish rooster used to do the same, chase my grandson, and everyone else that came by, and me, I just started picking him up and carrying him around for about 20 minutes while I did my chores, I read that somewhere on this forum.
I also, in the summer time used the hose on him, he doesn't like getting wet!
I didn't hold him upside down because of reading about that on this forum also.
I just kept picking him up and holding him mostly. don't turn your back on him, I still don't leave my grandson out with him though, cause I think roosters that have had this problem may be ok with adults, or me, I guess, but I don't trust him all the way yet.
