No I don't know if he has worms or not. Just has loose poo

This is Oreo that I rescued. I don't know how old he is and I haven't heard any sounds from him except a gurgling sound and not very loud. Anyone that can tell me about how old he is?

He looks like a Barred Rock to my eye. Maybe 6-8 months old tops.

Honestly he looks pretty good for a rescue. If he has a nice personality then I'd be thrilled. Barred Rocks are a great breed.
