My Rooster was attacked by a dog

I want to know how BooBoom is. Did he make it? What happened to him? Please tell us.
 
BoomBoom is on his way to the Vets office. We have been force feeding him and giving him water. He is still very lethargic. Hopefully the vet can help him. We are keeping warm and away from the other two hens. Thanks for asking.
 
The vet gave BoomBoom a shot of antibiotics and an ointment for his eye. He seems to be more alert. We put him outside yesterday so he could bask in the sun. He is walking around more and eating and drinking water.

BoomBoom has recently attacked my little chihuahua dogs. He had not shown any signs of aggressive behavior before. Now my puppy dogs are scared to be outside. What can we do to stop this behavior?
