My rooster was attacked last night!

Hi all!
As you read my rooster was attacked last night. He isn't bleeding but has had many neck feathers plucked. I just figured I'd ask some questions in hopes he will be fine.

His neck is mostly limp but he'll lift it at times. He hasn't gotten white in color. He's not bleeding. He won't lay down he just stands so I have his neck propped up on some pillows. What do you guys think should I give him some time or put him out of his misery.

sorry for the circumstances. I'd give him some time. He may be in shock - hopefully the next 24 hours will show some improvement.

How is the bird doing today ?

Ive been giving him electrolytes... he's able to lift his head now.. just not acting like he usually does.

That's a positive update. It will take a while before he gets back to normal.
