My rooster was attacked by two young newf dogs the skin on his neck is gone he has a bad bite near his tail and his skin turning green I will post pictures and more later

Get the bleeding stopped, clean the wounds, and isolate him from everyone to avoid further injury. Wrap him up in a towel and put him in a dark, quiet room to relax him.
I would suggest getting him to a vet if you can.
