My rooster's foot

My rooster's foot has turned in like pigeon toed people. He cannot balance himself. He will take two steps and fall over. What could this be?

How old is he? Do you have any pictures or a short video uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo with a link posted here? It is possible he could have injured it, have a slipped tendon, or a virus such as Mareks. Young newly hatched birds can have slipped tendons and leg bone deformities.
