As Kelsie has said, you can get this at all feed stores. It comes in a yellow and blue can. Make sure to use gloves when spraying it as it will stain the hands. And his feathers! They also make a pour on Blu-kote, or better yet, they make something called Scarlet Oil. It is basically the same as Blu-kote, but it is red. So it may help to hide the darker colors on the comb. You will need to apply it often to keep it red and help it heal. If you can afford it, get both and see which one works better.
