We have 6 chickens, 2 Leghorns, 2 RI/NH Reds, a Wellsummer, & a Wyandotte. Until very recently they got along great. A couple of months ago, one of the Leghorns' comb and neckd were covered in blood. I took her to the vet, we cleaned her up and kept her separate from the other birds for 2 weeks. I took her back out to the coop, and she seemed fine around the other chickens, but the next morning she was bloodied up again. With the next attempt to reintegrate her into the flock, we that one of the Rhode Island Reds attack her again. Is there any way to reintegrate her into the flock without her getting attacked again? She is such a nice bird and good layer!

Let's start with a little more information such as how old each of these birds are, how much space they are in, how many breaks in line of sight are available and how long they have been housed together? If they haven't all been together the whole time, in what order were they added to the flock? Can you show us some pictures of the space that they are in? Since some of the activity seems to have happened at night while the birds are at Roost can you show us the interior of your coop space?
If I were determined to reintegrate her into the flock and if I were sure that all the other conditions were right, I would remove the bird that I have seen be aggressive towards this bird for a couple of weeks, integrate the first bird back into the remaining group and then reintroduce the previous aggressor. This gives the opportunity for things to shuffle in the flock Dynamics and may rearrange who feels dominant over who

Cage the attackers for about a week, try a reset of the pecking order as the first attempt.
If their place don't drop, then culling the aggressive birds is an option.(Eat, or Rehome with a disclaimer.)
