My rooster's wattle is swollen

any chance he was bee stung? Is only one wattle swollen?

No there are no bees near my home, i removed water from his meals and gave some tomatoes instead, it actually is less swollen now, he used to drink a lot of water, getting his wattle wet a lot might have swollen it so i guess that was the problem.
