My RSL lays the smallest eggs

I got 2 ready to lay-RSL chickens this past September from Freys Hatchery. I figured they would lay pretty consistently this winter because of their age. One of the hens lays XSmall eggs. She does lay regularly , but the eggs are so tiny I feel like I can't really sell them. She is healthy and acts normal. Does this sometimes happen? I thought RSL were bread for large brown eggs with high production. We've now had her for almost 6 months, and eggs remain small. Is there anything I can do to increase the egg size a chicken lays?

How old is she was "ready to lay" when I got her, so probably close to 5 months old, plus I have had her for 6 months. So approximately she is 11 months old

Ok, it will be a bit yet, shes not quite full grown

They should get bigger as she continues to mature, but every once in a while you'll get a bird that simply lays smaller (or conversely, larger) eggs than they should.
