Nice run....I'd suggest tho that you get some hardware cloth and add it over the chicken wire on the bottom 3 feet...at least it doesn't look like there's anything except chicken wire. Chicken wire is for keeping chickens in....it won't keep dogs, coons, etc out of your run.
 
Looks great. But do put hardware cloth around the bottom 3'. Chicken wire keeps in chickens. It does NOT keep out pests.

Treated generally means "pressure treated". Lumber comes in several varieties including pressure treated, kiln dried, etc... Pressure treated is the ones with the little slits all over it and is used in outdoor applications to prevent decomposition.
 
@hemolymph.."treated" is short for "pressure-treated", and as previously stated, it lasts longer outside than untreated wood.
