My runners have arrived

sure hope yours grow up to look like runners standing tall. The 2 I got last spring from Ideal don't stand up at all. I got a Black and a Fawn & White hens

The first time you got ducks did you get them from tractor suppy, a website, or did you catch your first ones?

I've been told by those in the know that you can go out and catch any domestic-type waterfowl even if it's been living wild for some time or may have been hatched in the wild. We have runner ducks at our lake and if we can catch them, we can keep them. Good luck on catching them, though.

Sorry i was referring to truly wild ducks. I know i shouldn't assume, but seeing his avatar lets me know he hunts and led me to assume that he's talking about wild ducks that he's seen, possibly while hunting them or the gigantic turkey in his avatar
