My Russian Blue Kitty died last night :(

I'm so sorry for his loss. You've had it rough lately with the kitties.

Well, i have him in the garage right now where it is a cozy 25 or so degrees. Hubby will be home tomorrow so we can give him a proper burial. Running out of burial spots if this trend continues

Holy cow, girl, you have truely had a rough time lately! I feel so bad for you. If you lived closer I would take you out for a good stiff drink..like a big ole martini...and have a good cry with you!

Thank you for the offer. It has just been such a rough 6 months. I was hoping things would get better after the new year but now my dear Samurai died. Hubby wants another Russian Blue but I just can't add any animals anymore right now and even if we got a new one, it wouldn't be Samurai. We'll just have to see what happens. Axel and my Friesian colt are both leaving this weekend so that will be a bit tough but I know they'll go to good homes. Then we are off to breeding season with the mares. Hopefully that was the last strange incident for a while, I am tired of burying my pets

That is sooo terrible. My buck just passed away yesterday morning while in transit to the vet. I am so sad but so relived I did not have to watch him pass.

Lost my best furry mate only a few weeks ago. It really bites when they die at a young age & so fast that you don't have the opportunity to do anything about it. At least your Samurai was happy and enjoying life before it happened. He was lucky to have found you.

I am so sorry. I lost my only 2 year old oriental shorthair kitten a few years ago, she was always the sickly one, that's why I kept her out of her litter. I still have her parents though.
Have you checked your other cats over at the vet? I don't want to worry you, but it would be a good precaution. If your Samurai never had a seizure before something such as a virus could have triggered it. Better safe then sorry, you have been through enough.
Your little guy was very beautiful, hang in there your other kitties need you
