His tail looks terrible ... When will that feather grow back for me showing him ...

I think it is a feather that has fell out isnt it ?

Pluck the feather. It looks like it broke rather than fell out. Make sure you pluck the WHOLE feather out or else it will not grow back. It will take about 6 weeks for it to grow back.
