My second egg missing???

My black sex link just layed her first egg yesterday
But hasnt layed one today! Is she just waiting?

Welcome to BYC. When she is ready she will start to lay - onset of egg laying varies from breed to breed and from individual to individual within breeds. Be patient.

New layers often take a few days between eggs at first. She's an animal, not a machine. She'll also probably at some point lay weird shaped eggs, maybe an egg with no shell, eggs with ridges/bumps/lumps, things like that. They're all normal and part of a new layer's system learning how to produce eggs regularly.
