Just got pheasant eggs in mail.
Set one of my own eggs (actually the first one of the season!) alongside them.
Just candled after three days to have a quick look and my home grown egg is veining and has a normal air sac.
The shipped eggs have air bubbles around the air sac. I only candled a couple as I didn't want to disturb them...one had veining...
So did they get damaged in shipping or or this normal?
