Please help. My hen has been really lethargic. She's barely drinking or eating. I noticed her walking funny flapping her head around. When she does walk normally, she looks uncomfortable and full. I also noticed some flem like stuff coming from her mouth then she's trying to drink. I held her upside down to check her and it's not hard but fells mushy (her neck) can Any one help me

What exactly is walking funny and flapping head?
Do you have photos or a video?
How old is she?

Is she old enough to lay? Have you checked her vent for a stuck egg.

Does she have a runny nose, eyes, any wheezing coughing? You mention flem, is it mucous, have you looked in her mouth, does she have any sores.

Does her breath smell? What type of feed/treats does she normally have?

Can you separate her and see if you can get some vitamins/electrolytes in her?

Without more info, it could be a number of things from egg bound, to sour crop to an illness/disease.

She would drinking and a slim watery substance would come out. as you can see from the picture her crop is full. It feels like a large balloon. I with held food and gave her Greek yogurt mixed with grape seed oil. In the morning she had a small ball firm But mushy (if that makes sense) I've been massaging it. I'm also giving her tetracycline in her water in case of infection. This morning I gave her warmed chick starter with a little grape seed oil and grit.she was eating like there was no tomorrow! She was not eating prior . Any suggestions and know what it could be. She's still walking like she's uncomfortable

She's under a year old. Didn't check if she was egg bound but her vent area was clean. Would she spit up if she was egg bound? She wasn't pooping until I gave her yogurt. Her poop looks normal.

This is going on 4 days. If she was egg bound would she last this long?

More than likely since it has been 4days she wouldn't be egg bound. Not likely to be spitting up egg. It sounds more like an impacted/sour crop. The walking/standing uncomfortable could be from crop issues. Does her breath smell sour?
Has she tried to lay an egg. What does her belly feel like.

Hasn't tried to lay an egg. Her crop feels like a ball, belly feels normal
