Many feed shops have antibiotics in the US. They are often listed for other animals like cows or goats, but the dose can be modified for poultry. You may have to go and see what's available and let us know and someone can help you figure out what your best option is. Sometimes a warm compress will help with the swelling around the eye and help dislodge anything that that may be there. It is not a cure, but will help your turkey feel a little better at least.

Getting antibiotics for animals is difficult here but in case i didn’t get it any natural way? Is my turkey gonna die beacuse of the sneezing coughing? Or it will take a long time just like human and get better??

I have had chickens die from respiratory problems and I have had others get better after awhile. It can go either way unfortunately. The ones that got better did have antibiotics though. I tried natural ways first and it wasn't helping so I had to get antibiotics. It sounds like your turkey is getting worse even though you have been treating it naturally, so it will probably need antibiotics. Also if you aren't already, keep it warm and indoors, somewhere quiet and stress free, just like you would curl up with lots of blankets or something in bed while you are sick.

But how do you use antibiotics ? Applying on the swelling?
