My silke bantam also lost her crest :(

due to fights with her two Americana bantam roommates (one of which went missing recently without a trace

) used to fight a little bit and overtime she lost her feathers, will the crest grow back?

Yes. If the shafts have been pulled out they will grow back soon. If they have been broken off it will happen when they molt.
