1) What type of bird , age and weight.
Silkie, 3 months and normal weight for this age and breed.
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
Doing fine until this day, neck and head under body, blinks alot and has a floppy but unbroken neck.
3) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
NONE
4) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
Perhaps a larger bird jumped off the perch and struck her head ?
5) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
Eating and drinkin just fine until this happened
6) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
Do not know at this point, in isolation to find out.
7) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
Isolation, starter and water in carrier.
8 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
I will have to treat this bird myself, not vet here for chickens.

10) Describe the housing/bedding in use
Portable building, sectioned off into seperate pens. The bedding is pine shavings about 2 inches deep al around.
Heat provided by a quartz heater, kept at about 50 degrees to 70 degrees night/day. NO heat lamp now, chicks are old enough.
perch providec about 10 inches off floor. ventilated ok water changed daily and feed replenished every other day. They eat pretty well. Using starter/poultry grain 50/50 mixed
