My Silkie Hatch Is Finished (Pics of Babies)

The Gray is probably blue, but one or either of the ones you call black could be dark Blue. Some of mine started that way and were blue. The first two could be Buff or Splash or White, hard to tell from the photo because of the light.

Thanks for the info walkswithdog. My son was here today and told me they grey one is his

....I told him he better think of a name. He said he has to think about it and will let me know.

Shiningfeather the first two are whites. All of the babies look dark until they start growing feathers. They have all come in white. The black ones could be either black or blue as I have both and don't know which eggs I sent. I am surprised to see the partridge in there. I didn't realize I had sent them as I wasn't sure of the fertility on them. Now I know

Wanted to add that the little turtle partridge is the tinyest little one I have ever hatched. Compaired to my EE that hatched first it is a third of the size.

I do believe you are correct that one has to be a partridge also. When my light blues start laying I will have to send you a few of those. Shouldn't be to much longer now.
