My silkie hatched out an egg

After 4 attempts she finally hatched a chick so far and more to come!! The eggs are from my own flock so they are mixes.

That's not a silkie chick. It must be an egg from someone else. What a fluff ball! So cute!

None where her eggs they were amberlinks or ees. Or olive eggers. That chick is big because it came from a big egg lol

aww, some of them are such good mommas! I have a Cochin that wants to be broody so bad! She stays in the box all day now, holding up the other girls,lol. She will be in there for 6 hours before she lays even. Today she hopped on the first morning egg and I just took it from her even though she wasn't happy, so I replaced it with a yellow golf ball and she tucked it right under herself, so cute!
