My silkie hen and roo have been puking water

So today my silkie roo and hen had a full craw and then drank a bunch of water i picked up the hen and then she puked on me and the same with my roo. Can you please tell me if this is normal or if I should be concerned!

You probably just put too much pressure on her chest when you picked her up and water was pushed up. Don't worry too much if they're not showing any other symptoms

Is it very hot? My hens will upchuck water on occasion if it is extaordinarily hot.

well they are new to the flock and it is been very warm.
